Pumpkins are an amazing vegetable – seeds from the early ancestors of pumpkins have been found in Mexico dating back to 7,000 to 5,500 B.C.!  Of course, my favorite trait of pumpkins is their flavor.  While I love pumpkin pie, I hate all of the calories and fat you find in just one single slice!

This recipe is great served as a dip with graham crackers. I always make sure I have some on hand for my annual Halloween get-together! It’s a great way to enjoy the taste of pumpkin pie in small doses. With only 77 calories per serving, you can enjoy guiltlessly!

Try it out at your next gathering and let me know how it goes over!
